High Falls Hike 2020
A hike I did in Pigeon River to High Falls. Located in Pigeon River Provincial Park. Also across the border from Minnesota. Also called Grand Portage State Park. It's a wonderful walk, but only for able bodied individuals as there are a couple of steeper slopes. IT's a great place to pack a lunch for. Make sure you bring water or a drink as it gets pretty warm in between the trees. On the scale of the best parks in Ontario, this little one might be mostly forgotten, but there is still enough to see here. The entrance to the park is mostly one and the same with the Ontario Information Centre at the border. There are a few walks from there, one which leads to Lake Superior and the other which leads to the falls.
