Help requested, steem power incorrect
Hello!
I am trying to find where I can ask for a problem. Ever since this morning, the steam power that I receive is no longer being added to my account, and it seem frost in time for some reason.
I've tried changing my account password, and then made a powerup, but no matter what my steam power stays the same.

but here is what the account shows: 
as you can see the account shows incorrect informations, and I don't know how to make sure that it actually goes back to what it should be showing.

If you are referring to the (+4.314 STEEM), then this is someone giving you delegation. You don't own this and can be taken away at any time. Someone is lending you the +4.314 SP for you to help grow your account.
If you want your SP to grow, you must do a bunch of writing and interacting with the steem community to get upvotes. Any STEEM or SBD you earn, you then power up to increase your SP balance.
You need to read the steem whitepaper several times to get you familiar on how the system works.
