Not my first rodeo and i don't belittle it at all. Still even plan to use after.
Kratom is a legal opiod pain killer from Indonesia.
day 2-3
Meds to help me
Lopermide 2-8mg a day spread out no more than 2 at a time (low doses anti diarrhea)
Vitamin D3 400 iu x 4 a day
Magnesium Glycinate 400mg x2 day
Fish oil 1200 mg 1 a day
Multiple vitamin x1 daily
Other things
Exercises 1-4 hours a day what ever you can do.
Have support.
Just deal never go back a dose.
It is a bridge you will get over, i promise, everyday you suffer is another day, in the future you may be able to use.
