I think if you put a little more effort you can offer us a better quality post.

For the case of a balanced food diet it would be advisable that it was more original, perhaps even experimental where you can show us concrete results, this descriptive post, where for example if you decided to expand it a little more you could explain some chemical reactions of the foods of a balanced diet that can favor the health of our body in something that involves science clearly, and contrast it with an explanation of the chemical reactions that occur in the body when we consume for example high-fat foods and ultra-processed foods.

Remember that we are paid for this work and we must do it correctly, with quality and covering a little more.

It is recommended that the image is in the public domain, with this we avoid having problems with copyright images, I see that the reference at the end you can present it as explained in this post:
