I want to start something new every Monday a simple healthy lifestyle tip, that will hopefully encourage us all to lead a healthier life style. Remember good health is more than a dress size!!
Week 1. replace as much oil as you can in cooking with vegetable broth. A very wise lady Cathy Duncan, has made some amazing lifestyle changes and in her studying she passed this tip down to me. Thank you 😍 It's an easy replacment and will save you 120 calories of fat per tbsp !!!!
