Contest: "Acne"

There are some very lucky people who have no problem with acne but the majority will have problem in puberty. It is funny thing that we are developing ourselves normally growing and have self esteem. It seems eveyrhting will be nice and rosy but the next is that you wake up one morning and find a little pimple, first just one then another one and if you start to squeeze them then it will cause the whole army of such infected and inflamed area. The worst thing is when they are still hard and red because you can not do anything to hide them, some of them once they settle leave deep scars.
Acne is a skin condition when the pore become clogged with skin cells and oil and that causes inflammation of it. The reason why it happens in puberty because in puberty our body produces hormones and that causes more oil production of skin and that contributes to quicker clogging of pores.
There are many natural treatments and majority will not help, I can list only few:
to keep your skin clean from oil, there are some lotion that can dry up a little your skin in puberty skin tend to be oily
avoid eating greasy stuff like chips and crisps
avoid to eat much sweet, because sweets in general will contribute to inflammation
sometimes limiting fat rich stuff or meat can also contribute
After a long time I found this mask from Neutrogena, it has on the side for face little light bulbs with red and blue lights, this light therapy especially the combination of these two tend to kill the bacteria that is causing the infection of skin.
When I heard that I just decided to check up because by then I already spent a lot of money for different creams and lotions and antibiotics.
The mask was advised to 10 minutes and it is promising the effect after 30 days of application. It was very easy to use and I also felt that my skin had less infected pimples and not so big infected areas.
When I was taking pictures today I noticed that he battery of already empty mask. I was happy with the effect and I hope if you want to try that you also will find it effective.

I have to agree with you that the one thing about this acne.
The pimples on our face at first appears as one, and then two and once you squeeze to remove it, boom you'll be seeing them all over your face ajd it's always annoying.
Majority of people that experienced acne are the adolescence and mostly during puberty and there's no way one can escape it.
But as always, the acne has some medicinal remedies, though the natural remedies are outstanding like the use of aloe vera to get rid of it.
But to some people it disappear as they grow up.
Yes, there are still few very lucky people who have nice and clean skin, but the majority we suffer from acne throughout our teenage years :)
