If back pain persists for days or weeks, worsens over time, or is accompanied by fever, weight loss, or urinary incontinence, it is important to consult a doctor immediately. In addition, proper care, exercise, proper sitting, and back support can prevent and improve this problem.
How can we prevent and treat back pain?
Back pain can be prevented if we adopt good habits in our daily lives and take proper care of the spine in our body. Back pain can be prevented. We should adopt the right posture while sitting, standing and sleeping. Do light daily exercise, especially choosing the right position while sitting. Lift things carefully. Eat more foods rich in calcium and vitamins. Make a daily routine of exercising.
In addition, complete rest and light movement are necessary for the treatment of back pain so that the back does not become too stiff. Hot or cold compresses can reduce swelling and pain.
