Effective Ways To Reduce Weight!


Welcome to my post and Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. Today, I'm going to participate in this contest which is in the #HealthySteem community with a topic that's close to many of our hearts: Effective ways to reduce weight. Thanks madam @suboohi for organizing this contest. Basically Obesity is a common problem these days, which can serious health problems like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

  • What is a obesity?
    Obesity is a condition where a person has too much body fat. It is not only that you look overweight but also it may cause serious health problems. Normally, doctors often use an instrument to measure obesity that is called the Body Mass Index (BMI). Like you have obesity if your Body Mass Index goes to 30 or higher.

  • How Obesity affects our health?

    Obesity can cause a big impact on our health it is not a small problem. It can lead to:

    1. Heart Disease: When we are extraweight it can puts a strain on your heart.
    2. Diabetes: Obesity can cause diabetes because it makes it harder for your body to use medicines of diabetes insulin, leading to high blood sugar.
    3. Cancer: Some types of cancer are more common in people who are obese.
    4. Joint Problems: Obesity can also cause joint problems because when we have weight that is not normal it can affect put pressure on our joints, causing pain and discomfort.
    • Some effective ways to get rid of this problem.

      1. Balanced Diet: Keep your diet balanced by avoiding sugar drinks and snacks and try to focus on a healthy and balanced diet you can eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc.
      2. Regular Physical Activity: Do not make your body inactive try to do daily exercise it will reduce weight. You can go for a walk daily, cycling can reduce obesity and I also prefer swimming.
      3. Drink Water: Always try to drink a good amount of water daily this will keep your body hydrated and it can reduce weight because it overcomes your hunger.
      4. Get Enough Sleep: A good sleep is necessary for a human body and Lack of sleep can affect your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight.
      5. Reduce Stress: High stress levels can lead to overeating. Try to be relaxed and you can do exercises like yoga or meditation.
      6. Seek Support: You can get support from joining some groups that work on weight loss or talk to a healthcare provider. They can offer you a good advice and encouragement.

Greetings dear !
Obesity is the one of the main problem all over the world. It causes many diseases. Eating too much fast food, in taking alcohols and don't do any physical activities lead to obesity. Best of luck for the contest.
