Acne can be described as the skin disease. It is inflammatory skin condition.The hair follicles are plugged with oil and skin debris to form eruptions such as pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and on occasion advanced forms such as nodules and cysts. The cause of acne mainly include genetics, hormones, seborrhea and bacteria.

1. Drinking Water
Water is a component that has an important role in the health of your skin. Drinking water removes toxins from the body, controls secretion of sebum and maintains skin health. This means that, and each person should try to drink not less than eight glasses of water per day, more so if one is doing vigorous exercises or spending much of the time outside during hot weather.
2. Consuming a Balanced Diet
