My favorite fruit is avocado is so satisfying to eat you can also eat avocado with bread ,is a very rich fruit and it belongs to the berry family it a fruit that is recommended for weight gain .why i like avocado are as follow;

Rich in healthy fats: it because it has a good amount of protein, they are also a good source of monounstrated fats.

this will help to lower cholesterol levels and increase will improve heart health and it also high in nutrients , can also be enjoyed in varieties of ways .

Great on toast: I always use it to toast bread and it tastes so well because it's creamy and has a good taste , I always enjoy my eating avocado with bread.

Good source of vitamins and minerals: Avocados are nutrient dense fruits that are rich in fibre, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Vitamins C,E, and K .

Yes fruit are part of my diet these are the reasons;

1 I always eat fruit everyday because its helps in digestion and balances the health and when ever I eat fruit I feel relaxed.

2 it reduce risk of chronic disease, when ever you eat diet that are high in fruit may help in reducing risk of cancer or disease , because what you are eating is fresh and free from chemicals .

3 I always eat fruit because it softens the body and will make you to excrete well most especially orange and pineapple soften the belle when I had constipation I was advised to be licking oranges and pineapple and it really helped me.

Have you ever experienced any health benefits from regularly consuming fruits?

Yes I have I will mention the benefits below;

1 support healthy bones , since I started eating fruit I started noticing a good change in my body it makes my bone stronger the fruit khiws , orange are rich in calcium.

2 it support eye health fruits like berries, citrus helps in protecting the eye and making it to be white and clean.

3: it reduce stress and anxiety yes fruit like bananas and avocado helps in reducing stress they make our body to be calm and relieved from anxiety.

4: easily digestion , when I eat fruit I feel free and light and I do things smartly and smothy with so much energy.

Am a lover of fruit salad , but fresh juices is so sweet mostly in hot weather just have a cold one it will satisfy you immediately.

But for me I prefer fruit salad often I made it but my is not really really , but I always ensure to put bananas and avocado because they are important in making fruit salad.

Fruit based shakes such as smoothie and parfait are so sweet I also love smoothies because is a high protein drinks and parfait they gives a healthy skin.

Liked your post about avocados! I do not know much about it but they're tasty and good for you.

You're right about fruits being great for health. They help our body work better and keep us strong. I eat fruits every day too.
