Hello dear friend, you have written the truth of life. We should try to consume more and more vegetables per day. Nature has made our body type for which the vegetables and fruits are best types of diet. It provides all types of essential vitamins and minerals. Also you take some more types of vitamins from outside for improving the health of your body. It shows that you are very conscious for your health.
