How are you doing today? How was your day?

It's me again, the writer that writes what you love to read. And I'm here again today to share my opinion on a serious health issue in the HEALTHY STEEM community on the topic;

ANEMIA

Anemia as all know it and according to my personal understanding is a serious health challenge faced by people with very low healthy red blood cells.


As we all know it there are two major types of blood cells in the human body which includes red blood cell and the white blood cell. According to medical scientist the white blood cells is the body's defender and fighter, it fights off sickness, disease and and unwanted strangers in the human body, while the red blood cells is majorly responsible for keeping the body, by making sure it's at all part of the human body. Now also the red blood is responsible for transporting oxygen to all area of the human body, now when it's slacking at transporting enough oxygen to all parts of the body that is when anemia sets in.


A case where the red blood cells becomes unhealthy and incapable of spreading oxygen in the body is called ANEMIA.


MAJOR CAUSE OF ANEMIA

From my own point of view the 3 major causes of ANEMIA, amongst several others, includes;

  • BLOOD LOSS;

When one is experiencing loss of blood in the blood it can evolve to become anemia, because as blood loss means there's not enough blood in the body, then there won't be enough blood to transport oxygen to some areas in the body, thus the ailment.

  • PREGNANCY;

According to WHO, it has been studied that pregnancy can cause ANEMIA, due to the fact that the pregnant woman shares her blood with the baby, if she is not properly taken care of she could get anemia.

  • CANCER;

There are some cancerous diseases that can cause ANEMIA, most especially the cancer of the blood.


BEST WAYS TO PREVENT ANEMIA

According to the WHO verified scientist the best ways to prevent anemia is to eat food that are rich in iron and vitamin c and iron, example includes; red meat, vegetables such as legumes, fish and poultry foods.
