Diseases of the pancreas

The pancreas, that silent and powerful organ, is the epicenter of a delicate digestive and hormonal balance. When this balance is disrupted, diseases arise that vary in severity and complexity.
Pancreatitis Acute, A whirlwind of inflammation, where digestive enzymes rebel and attack the pancreas itself. Gallstones and excess alcohol are often the instigators.
Pancreatitis Chronic, A silent scar, where persistent inflammation irreversibly damages pancreatic tissue, leading to pancreatic insufficiency and diabetes.
Pancreatic cancer, we also have this enemy is very cunning, often detected in advanced stages, due to its stealth. It originates through a mixture of genetic and environmental factors, which makes it a challenge.
Other conditions are also found; such as: Pancreatic cysts, which are pockets of fluid that can be benign or malignant, this is a reminder of the complexity of the pancreas.
We have another Cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that thickens pancreatic secretions, obstructing the ducts and altering digestion.
Thank God I don't have any relatives, but I do have a friend, so far I think she is the only one, she has had some tests done, they found cysts, they still haven't told her what type it is, if it is malignant or benign.
What is certain is that she is quite ill and even more so because they have not yet given her the results.

To keep our pancreas in good condition and avoid any type of disease, it is essential to adopt a holistic approach that encompasses various aspects of our lifestyle.
For our sake, we need to maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which provide fiber and essential nutrients.
We must reduce the consumption of saturated fats, those found in red meat and processed foods.
Moderate alcohol consumption, as excess alcohol can trigger pancreatitis.
Control consumption of sugars and ultra-processed foods.
exercise to maintain a healthy weight
Avoid smoking, etc.
I would like to invite friends @yahnel, @menfita and @elpastor. Blessings to all lovers of a healthy body.
