Yes, I know what coagulation problems are. Clotting disorders or bleeding disorders are also known as coagulation problems, which are all medical conditions where the blood of a person doesn't clot properly. This type of problem can cause the following:
Delayed in the formation of a clot
Spontaneous internal bleeding
Too much bleeding even if it is just small injuries
🩸 How are coagulation problems classified?
Coagulation disorders are classified into two types which are: Bleeding disorders, and Clotting disorders.
Bleeding Disorders
Examples of this are;
Von Willebrand disease
Liver disease
Vitamin K deficiency
Hemophilia
Clotting Disorders
Examples of this are:
Antiphospholipid syndrome
Deep vein thrombosis
Factor V Leiden mutation
Pulmonary embolism
🩸What to do in case of bleeding?
What to do in case of bleeding should be the following:
We should apply pressure by using a clean cloth or bandage to press directly on the bleeding site
We should elevate the area of possible we should raise the bleeding limb above the heart.
We should avoid removing gauze if blood soaks through.
We should seek medical attention immediately if the bleeding doesn't stop or if the person has been suffering from bleeding disorders.
🩸How are coagulation problems controlled?
Coagulation problems are controlled through the following ways:
- Through treatment and
- Monitoring and prevention
Treatment: For bleeding disorders we should do the following:
Avoid NSAID
Clotting factor replacement therapy
Platelet transfusion
Monitoring and prevention: For monitoring and prevention we should do the following:
Avoid risk factors such as dehydration, inactivity, and smoking
Genetic testing for inheritance disorders
Frequent blood tests.

Hello friend, coagulation is a disease that has to do with the inability of the blood to clots these has been affecting most individuals and they didn't know that they have inherited these diseases for their parents.
