This organization was founded in the year 1971 and operates independently of religious, political, or economic influences to reach the most vulnerable people who are faced with danger.

This type of service of humanitarian medical service is essential and deeply admirable to our society. It represents the highest form of ethical responsibility and form of compassion. Providing people with clinical care regardless of background, location, or risk is something that reflects a powerful commitment to human dignity and the right to good health.

If I had the opportunity to volunteer to help the most vulnerable populations, I would do it well. Serving vulnerable populations aligns perfectly with the goal of using skills for good and knowledge, most especially in contexts where even basic care can mean a difference between death and life.

Service means the act of helping other people selflessly, without expecting to get anything in return from the help we have rendered. Service can be done through expertise, advocacy, resources, or time.

The ways we can support it from our position are as follows:

• Raising awareness by sharing accurate information
• Advocate for healthy quality
• Educate others
• Offer professional skills.
