What do you know about back pain?
Back pain is a health problem that affects someone's back. It is mostly people who are older than are affected with back which they do feel mild discomfort to chronic pain or severe pain. What I know about back pain is that it can result from poor posture, injuries, lifestyle factors, or underlying medical conditions. Most who feel back pain are people who overstress themselves working.

No, I haven't had back pain before, but I know of some people who have had back pain. There is one of my friends who is suffering from sickle cell anemia that usually complains of back pain and an elderly woman who has had back pain experience before. The woman's back pain was caused by overstress because of her nature of work.
What are the causes and symptoms of back pain?
The causes and symptoms of back pain are as follows:
Causes
Muscle strain, which is caused by the heavy lifting of something, sudden movement, or overstress.
Poor posture, which is caused by long hours of sitting or sitting on a chair is not good.
Injuries such as accidents, falls, or sports injuries are also a cause.
Tension and stress, such as emotional stress or muscle tightness, can cause back pain.
Symptoms
- Feeling pain, dull, aching or weak
- Muscle spasms
- Limited mobility and stiffness.
- Radiating pain
How can we prevent and treat back pain?
We can prevent and treat back pain in the following ways:
- By maintaining good posture while standing, sleeping, or sitting.
- By avoiding carrying of heavy things
- By maintaining a healthy weight
- By reducing stress through relaxation
- By doing of exercises.
Treatment
- Rest and walk gently
- Physical and stretching therapy
- Taking pain relievers
- Message and chiropractic care
- Medical intervention
