It is very important to stay hydrated during this season compared to other seasons because it is hot and the human body needs more water. 70% of our body is made up of H2O, which is water. The remaining 30 percent consists of other salts. Staying hydrated is very important during the summer season because staying hydrated helps the body stay healthy. Drinking more water in the summer season causes many salts to be excreted through sweat, and salts are also excreted through the skin, leaving a cool feeling on the skin.

In winter, a person does not feel as thirsty as in summer because it is hot and the body needs water, so a person drinks water frequently, which helps the human body function properly and prevents dehydration. During the summer season, people drink more water to keep their body cool, which keeps the body cool and prevents the body from overheating due to the heat.

It is more important in the summer season than in other seasons because the body can face many diseases due to lack of water, so it is very important to stay hydrated in the summer season.If a person does not keep his body hydrated during the summer season, then the body does not get the energy that is necessary to work.Therefore, a person stays hydrated as much as possible, which also provides the body with energy and allows the person to work during the summer season.

How much water do you try to drink daily in the summer? Do you follow any routine?.

I drink a lot of water during the summer season and I don't know how much water I drink because it's so hot. I feel thirsty all the time, so I drink a lot of water because if I drink a lot of water, my body functions properly. I have to do housework, so I drink a lot of water, and I drink so much water that I try to drink a lot of water during the day so that I don't get dehydrated. Because I need energy to work, I drink a lot of water and get energy in my body and am able to work.

Because if I don't drink water, I don't have energy and I can't work, so I drink as much water as possible and try to keep my body hydrated. When I do my housework, I drink two glasses of water afterwards, and when I come back from the parlor, I drink two and a half glasses of water, and before eating, I drink one glass of water. I keep a bottle of water in my fridge. Whenever I feel thirsty, I take out the bottle and drink water. When I wake up, I drink about two to two and a half glasses of water. I feel very thirsty at that time, and especially when I come back from the parlor,

I drink a glass of water 10 minutes before and another glass of water ten minutes later. I drink one and a half glasses of water before dinner and two glasses of water within 15 minutes of eating. My routine is different in summer and winter. In the summer, I drink about three to three liters of water every day. I think this is a great blessing from Allah Almighty. If there were no water, we would not be able to survive.

Hello friend, certainly we do not need a lot of water during winter more than we do in summer. 30% of the human body is made up of salt and other metabolic substances, while 70% of the human body contains water which helps in the regulation of the body's temperature. I usually like to consume cold water which has been in the refrigerator in order to aid my kidney function well to avoid dark urine and ease the excretion of sweat out of my skin.

However, staying hydrated most especially during the summer helps us to perform our daily routine and chores efficiently and more effectively. Dehydration also has a number of factors on the human body like making the circulation of blood through the body difficult, muscle cramp and makes homeostasis difficult.
