RE: Contest: Importance Of Hydration In Summer
Hello friend, certainly we do not need a lot of water during winter more than we do in summer. 30% of the human body is made up of salt and other metabolic substances, while 70% of the human body contains water which helps in the regulation of the body's temperature. I usually like to consume cold water which has been in the refrigerator in order to aid my kidney function well to avoid dark urine and ease the excretion of sweat out of my skin.
However, staying hydrated most especially during the summer helps us to perform our daily routine and chores efficiently and more effectively. Dehydration also has a number of factors on the human body like making the circulation of blood through the body difficult, muscle cramp and makes homeostasis difficult. Well done champ 👍, the content creating spirit rests within you.
