I totally agree with you about the importance of eating fruits, vegetables, protein, calcium and other nutrients to maintain good health. Also, it is good that you emphasized the need to limit the intake of sugar and salt, as their excessive intake can lead to various health problems. Your dish looks not only healthy but also delicious :)
