Greetings to this amazing Healthy Steem Community, the much dedicated organizer of this beautiful contest @abdullahw2, and to every passionate participant reading this and contributing to the community — I am truly honored to share my view in this healthy conversation today.

  • As we all know this common saying; Health is Wealth. A timeless truth that keeps on echoing louder in our today’s fast-paced world. One unique thing I never and will never play with is what goes into my body, most especially when it comes to fruits. They are more of nature’s gift to mankind, so colorful, nourishing, healing, and refreshing. So today here, I joyfully welcome you all into my fruity world as i dive in properly to this exciting discussion on Fruits and Health.

What is your favourite fruit and why do you like it?

Honestly speaking 🗣️, I don’t have just one fruit 🍑 as favorite. My preference always depends on my cravings and of course the season we're in. Sometimes, I love to eat Mangoes because i need that juicy sweetness, other times too, my preferred fruit may change to Pawpaw (Papaya) which have a soft healing taste.

  • I will never skip my love for Cucumber, Avocado with a creamy feeling, the Watermelon which give a refreshing splash, the natural sugar of Banana, the Star Apples with a sour-sweet taste and the Apples. Each of all these fruits do gives me a very special, dynamic but different kind of satisfaction depending on my mood of taste and the weather. So believe me that’s definitely the beauty of variety!

Are fruits a part of your diet or do you consume them often?

Absolutely! Fruits are definitely not just part of my diet alone, they’re an essential part of my meal. I always eat fruits at least four to five days a week. Sometimes I'll take it as my breakfast, sometimes in-between my meals, and sometimes to cool down after a busy day. I truly believe in treating my body with respect, and fruits help me do just that with nothing like side effects.

Have you ever experienced any health benefits from regularly consuming fruits?

The Regular fruit intake has really helped improved my digestion, made my skin to glow, and boosted my energy levels. I do feel lighter, fresher, and more focused. Whenever I stay consistent with the fruits, I notice fewer sick days and much better moods. They truly nourish me from the inside out.

Do you like fruit-based desserts, drinks, and shakes?

Yes, I do and in fact, I sincerely love them all! From thebanana smoothies, the mango yogurt, to the fruit salads and the so chilled watermelon juice, they all feel heavenly when taken. These fruity treats to me are not only delicious to take but it's a guilt-free alternatives to all the processed snacks we eat. They help always to make healthy living sweet and more exciting!

Conclusion

In all my fellow Steemians, fruits are not just food, but they are more a lifestyle. They help speak the language of health, and so by embracing them, we embrace a much better version of ourselves.
