A common disease of nails:
Onycumicosis (onechomycosis)
Onycumicosis is a common fungal infection that affects nails, especially the foot nails. The disease gradually increases and if it is not treated on time, the structure of the nails may deteriorate.
The cause of the disease
Onycumicosis is usually caused by fungal infections. There are a few common causes of this:
Humidity and sweat: Those who spend more time in moisture shoes or gloves, have more chances of this disease.
German Places: Swimming pools, gym floors and public bathrooms can be helpful in spreading fungal infections.
Weak immune system: Individuals who suffer from problems such as diabetes or immune system weakness are more likely to have this infection.
Nail injury: If there is no injury on the nails or nails are not properly trimmed, the fungus can easily enter.
Symptoms of the disease
The following symptoms of onycumicosis may:
The color of the nails to be yellow, brown or white.
The surface of the nails to be rough and broken.
Nails to be thick and tough.
Feeling stink in nails.
To assemble materials like miles or white powder under nails.
The methods of treatment
Onycumicosis can be treated in several ways, depending on the severity of the disease.
- A) Treatment from medicines
Anti -fungal tablets: Usually Terbinafine and Aitraconazole are recommended that help to eliminate fungus internally.
Topic creams and lotions: Fungal elimination medicines are also available for nails such as Selenium Sulfide and Ephinaconazole.
- B) home remedy
Vinegar and water solution: Vinegar contains anti -fungus properties, which can benefit from soaking the affected nails.
Tea Tree Oil: Daily use of it can improve nails health.
Garlic Paste: Fungus is effective and it can be helpful to nail it directly.
- C) modern treatment methods:
Laser therapy: Laser therapy is being used to eliminate nails fungi in modern medical centers, which shows the effect quickly.
Partial or complete extraction of nails: In severe form, the nails can be completely removed so that the new nails can be reunited in a healthy way.
Protective measures
Some necessary steps can be taken to prevent onycumicosis:
Wash the feet and hands daily and dry well.
Wear shoes that are airballs and do not absorb sweat.
Wear chapel or shoes in the gym and swimming pool.
Not let the nails be too long and trim the properly.
Using your personal nail cutter and nail file and not sharing with others.
Personal experience or fact -based example
One of my acquaintances suffered from this nail disease. Initially, they did not pay much attention to it and the problem increased. The color of the nails began to change and slowly the nails became obese. When he approached the doctor, he was suggested anti -fungal bullets. After about three months of treatment, his nails slowly began to improve, but in the meantime he was repeatedly urged to keep his feet dry and wear a clean shoe. This is a clear example that it can be complicated if the disease is not treated in the early stages.

Conclusion
Onycumicosis is a common but disturbing disease, which can be stopped and treated at the right time. It's important to adopt precautionary measures and treat it in the early stages of the disease so that the nails are maintained. If anyone sees signs of changing the color of the nails or the damage of the nails it would be better to consult a doctor immediately.

Excelente contenido relacionado con el hongo en las uñas y sus cuidados. En realidad, a los hongos no se les da mucha importancia, pero sin los cuidados médicos necesarios puede llegar a convertirse en mortales,
Me encantó leerte.
