Excellent explanation about heat stroke. Our body needs to stay hydrated and cool, just like a cooling fan that helps the car engine to work properly without being knocked out, so is hydration. When i visit the site for inspection, i go with my helmet to prevent sun and this is one of the way i fight against heat stroke.
