What do you understand by HealthyLifestyle?

Healthy lifestyle is seen as when a person takes his or her personal hygiene very serious and very well.
Also healthy lifestyle is one which a person takes upon his or her self to maintain a good and proper health behavior. Also a healthy lifestyle is shown in a person who takes adequate sleep and does not take harmful or illegal substances to his or her body. And also exercising is part of a healthy lifestyle.

write some basic healthy lifestyle habits to get better health.

Regular washing of clothes
Eating good fruits
Taking your bath regularly
Eating good and healthy food
Cleaning and cutting grasses around the surroundings
Maintain personal hygiene
Eating balanced diet
Do not take in harmful substances like cocaine and cigarettes.

Give some examples of health problems that can be easily overcome by changing their lifestyle.

If a person who is always sick by eating good foods and taking in good and clean water the person can be able to have a good inner health.

If a person has less eye sight am talking about myopia and hyper myopia if the person takes apples 🍎 and oranges 🍊 regular he may have a better eye sight than before

Obesity is another kind of problem that can be solved with the help of changing ones diet from either frequent eating of faty foods to eating of healthy and balanced diet that can improve the body health. And also exercising can also help reduce obesity in a person's body.

High blood pressure problems can be reduce if a person changes their lifestyle of just thinking about it rather than should focus on exercising and gaining good body balance. Mental health care is also another that can be changed if a person engage with people socially and moves around learn new things play some sports and many other health related things can help a person improve their mental health.
