Steemit Weekly Health Challenge # 4: Zucchini meatballs

Happy day my dear healthy community, thanks to @healthsquare and @sweetsssj, for your initiative to keep us with recipes and programs that help strengthen our health.

Today's recipe is with zucchini. The consumption of zucchini in our diet will help us to lower the level of cholesterol in our system, as many studies have put on the table that the dietary fiber that contains the zucchini collaborates to reduce cholesterol levels . Thus, their high levels of vitamins A and C also contribute to the decrease in the risk of atherosclerosis.

Step 1

Trick to make the meatball perfect.

The inner part of round courgettes contains a lot of liquid and is very fibrous. This can make it difficult for the meatballs to be well rounded. To fix it, include an egg yolk mixture. The yolk will make the dough more compact and you will have perfect meatballs.
