What's growing on?
I just had to move most of what I had growing inside under the light to a cold frame outside. It's risky as the nights are still below freezing but I needed the space under the light.
This cold frame is where I will be hardening off tomato and pepper plants when these other cold crops will be heading out into the garden.
I put an additional cover of plastic over it for the next couple of weeks while we have freezing temperatures still here in zone 5.
Stated - tomato, pepper and eggplant
A lot of what I'm growing is for others and for sale being that I accept my natural diet as being a carnivore and meat being the bulk of my daily nutrition. I have started introducing a little plants back into my diet though.
I scored ACV and MCT oil from Costco to help with fat burning during my 6 week cut program.
Also some stevia drops for my BP coffee.
I've been raving about how much I love lamb lately. My plan has been to raise some at some point. I finally got out to use the grill yesterday.
Some how I over cooked one side and under cooked the other side trying to play with Kylee.
I had gotten her some strawberries and cream.
So what I did was I enjoyed the marrow.
Then I put the meat in the food processor after removing all the bones and I added a couple eggs and a little bit of cream cheese. I then flattened it to the cast iron and baked it.
Added to the top some toppings (cheese, pepperoni, sauted cabbage and sausage, and mushrooms and had myself a delicious meatza which tasted like it had a gyro crust. Delicious!
