It's also worth noting that, as much as possible, sugary beverages should be avoided, particularly now that we're tea drinkers. It should also restrict trans fatty acid and salt consumption.

To minimise anxiety, depression, and tension, we should maintain a calm and optimistic attitude in terms of emotions.

We can also maintain a healthy sleep routine in everyday life, ensuring sufficient sleep time, high-quality sleep cycles, sleeping regularly, and sleeping without the use of medications.

In terms of tobacco and alcohol, we need to outlaw smoking entirely, not just first-hand smoke, but also second-hand and third-hand smoke, which are also harmful. Keep a safe distance from smokers. It is best to change your clothing as soon as possible after coming into contact with smokers.

Around the same time, one out of every five people who die of cancer dies as a result of heavy alcohol consumption. Men should consume no more than 25 grammes of alcohol a day, and women should consume no more than 15 grammes, according to the "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents" (2016). It is best not to consume it.

We should also maintain a healthy weight in the long run. You can track and change your weight over time using the body mass index that is appropriate for most of us. Obesity is the cause of many illnesses, as this must be emphasised.
