People do all stuff in order to stay fit and healthy.

Apart from exercise, food plays an important role in maintaining ones weight.

In order to avoid gaining weight..stay away from these foods.

Its better to avoid Fried foods as they contain lot of fat.

aerated drinks also have high sugar content which when consumed can give you lot of calories.

Artificial fruit juices also need to be avoided as they contain high sugar content

Pizzas, burgers are the others which you should keep away from as they a lot of calories per serving.
