11 STEPS to FAST and Fast Results - Body-hacking transformation secrets that work!

As I'm writing this, it's Monday morning, the time is 10:39 am and the last time I ate was Saturday night, 36 hours and two nights ago and I'm still fasting as I write these words.

A lot of people have asked me lately how I've been getting my physical results yet few are willing to try something this out of the box. It's very simple. If you want the results 90% of people don't get then be prepared to do what 90% of people don't do. All you have to do is NOT eat for a block of time. This is a lot easier than going to the gym and running on a treadmill everyday, as you don't actually have to 'do' anything. I don't train as much as people think I do. I simply tip the odds well into my favour by hacking the system. No alcohol, or cutting down on alcohol plus intermittent fasting gives you a massive head start on youth. Compliment that with good body training and a positive, aspirational mindset and you are good to go!

If you do an intermittent fast you are giving your body a wonderful gift.

Here is the bullet point list of things to know:

  1. Around 70%- 80% of your energy is used for digestion. When you don't eat you free that energy up to make repairs throughout your body.

  2. On the first night your body will eat up the (plentiful) residual food and sugar in your system and there is more than enough. You must realise the 'need' to eat is very much psychological conditioning and if you mentally prepare yourself it's really not that hard at all.

  3. On the second night your body will start to eat up the visceral fat, which is the toxic fat that coats your organs in thick layers and is the result of years of misuse and negligence. This comes from poor diet and alcohol amongst other things. Why does your body do this you might wonder? The body does this to protect the organs as the toxins cannot get at them directly. You CANNOT burn this fat through exercise, only through dietary changes and an intermittent fast is probably the best way to systematically get rid of it. It bloats you from the inside out and when you lose visceral fat your entire mid-section shrinks. This is also why the Yo-yo effect happens with most diets. The diets cause you to lose fat and water but not decrease toxicity so therefore you are condensing the toxins together. The body sees this as an attack and creates more fat to spread the toxicity and keep it further away. Makes sense right? This is why we need lifestyle shifts not diets.

  4. When you do a fast such as this your body releases HGH (human growth hormone) in a huge surge, a spike of about 2000%, so when you train following a fast, your body has an amazing advantage to get the most out of that workout like never before. HGH keeps you young and a fast is a great way to naturally release this into the body.

  5. We evolved this way. Think of your neanderthal ancestors. They might have a big meal when they were lucky, having foraged for nuts and berries or hunted an animal but then they may have to go for days without food. The body is designed to handle this well and it gives your digestive system a much needed break.

  6. If you do a fast each week or even every 2 weeks you can be a lot more indulgent with yourself. Apparently a fast can eliminate any indulgent eating of the preceding 5 days. I still love pizza and pasta and ice cream and cakes and chocolate and...well, you get the idea.

  7. Doing an intermittent fast also speeds up your metabolism. 1 year ago I had the metabolic age of a 31 year old, now my metabolic age is 17.

  8. Why suffer all week forcing yourself to only eat one thing or another, when you can make simple lifestyle shifts and continue eating what you like throughout your life?

  9. See for yourself how easy it is to go for 1 or 2 nights without food. Test your mental resolve. You will visibly see the results.

  10. WORD OF CAUTION: Ease into this gradually by cutting out meats and dairy 2 days before the fast then the next day go to salads, fruits and vegetable juices rather than cooked food or stews. Begin the fast that night. DO NOT go from eating steak one day to completely fasting the next as it is hard and potentially harmful to the digestive system.

  11. Jedi your mind. THINK SLIM THOUGHTS. Believe that your body is clever enough to extract the nutrition from that chocolate cake. Let go of any guilt when you eat a dessert and you'll be surprised how much you can enjoy while still staying in great shape. If you believe it's bad for you then it will be. Imagine yourself getting more muscly and toned, know you are. I can't emphasise this point enough. It's all in your mind. Most people eat each mouthful of a dessert with guilt and shame that they are doing something bad for them. You are literally poisoning the food that way against you. Psychosomatic belief is much more powerful than a chemical as recent studies have shown. Just look up the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, author of You Are The Placebo. Align your thoughts with your desired results.

If you want to build muscle and tone a lot more easily and stay younger as you age easily, then this is your key. It's also how some of the most successful MLM's and network marketing companies get such good results, because they incorporate intermittent fasting into their meal plans. Look into it.

I liked to read your post. It will be a big challenge not to eat for 2 days. I admire your courage to do that, and if you feel better, I believe that's the most important reason why you do it! Keep it up @tahriq.
