How to do Salabhasana
Raise your right leg while taking the breath. Keep the legs straight. Keep in mind that the hip should not come on the hatch. Stop (keep the situation) and keep breathing. Leave breath and keep your right foot down. Repeat the procedure with your left foot. Take 2-3 long deep breaths: Make a handful of both hands and place it under your thigh.
