Here are 3 acupressure points that could help you to release some of the pain and uncomfortable feelings. Bare in mind that there are three channels or organs play an important role in women's health - kidney, liver, and spleen.

- LI 4 - Pain Killer Point
massage / rub it at least 20 times on one hand.

- SP 6 - Three Yin Intersection (meeting point of kidney, spleen, and liver channels)
