Brain Chemicals those Control Our Everyday Lives .....
Human behaviour vary from time to time. Every moment of our choice plays a major role in our daily lives. Most of the time we do the things those are not control by us but by our subconscious habits.
There are many chemicals present in our brain among them dopamine, serotonin, endorphin, oxytocin are main contolar of our daily works.
DOPAMINE:
Let’s talk about Dopamine. It’s a happy hormone, it releases when new things specially good things happen to our lives,also releases when we express gratitude to our achievements.
SEROTONIN:
The Power hormone. When we feel power and confident about ourselves and about our capacity to do better in future.
Dopamine and serotonin are the helper of normal work on progress.
ENDORPHIN:
What is it? This hormone triggers after fast, cry, laugh or exercise. This is also a feel good hormone for brain like refreshing hormone.
OXYTOCIN :
It is a love hormone. That connects us to our loved one and maintains our social life .
Among those 4 hormones dopamine and serotonin play the significant role in our daily lives.
If we are not aware of our hormonal balance it may leads to in great danger.
Like if bad things happen (life is not always perfect everyday) it may decrease our dopamine. Also repeated failure can threatens our serotonin by replacing it to self doubt.
When dopamine and serotonin crash every day for a long period of time that leads to internal depression even in severe form leads to suicide or homicide.
