Don't glue to your chair all day

I believe most of us stuck in our chairs and staring at the computer more than 8 hours a day. How sad!
Our bodies just have zero motion except our fingers, and tilted heads.
I think we can hold this position when we are still in 20's but starting 30's you may find stiff shoulders, enlarged stomach or even a love handle around our body. Going into 40's, we may feel hard to lift up our arms....
So, let stand up and exercise!
I found a video in youtube today. walk in our room for 20 mins. I try it and make me feel like I accomplish a lot for a day
At least I feel much healthier for today and I feel good!
If you don't mind, and I think others won't mind too, you can just walk in your cubical
I think it would be even fun to do it in a group.
Maybe a good idea for the new year in the office.
