I hope all of you will be fine, Today I am going to share with you the benefits of such a vegetable which we all mostly don’t like because of its bitter taste, but I bet you that if you use this in your daily routine life you will see the difference and change in your body.

I am talking about BITTER MELON or BITTER GOURD, it has been used in Chinese medicine, it has unlimited health and beauty benefits. I agreed about its unusual and bitter taste, but if you can overcome the taste there’s nothing like it.

Bitter Melon has antioxidants along with a high quantity of vitamin C which helps to clear skin acne, blemishes and deep skin infections as well as it purify our blood. It also helps for weight loss and it also slow down our ageing process.

It is also good for diabetes patients, it help to prevent heart diseases as well as help to prevent different types of cancer.

Here are my personal DIYS using bitter melon for perfect hair and perfect skin.
Mixed BITTER MELON paste with yogurt applies on your hair for 1 hour your hair become silky and shinny this mask also prevent hair fall.

For perfect skin you need to drink BITTER MELON juice
1 BITTER MELON
1Cucumber
1APPLE
Honey 2tbs (adding honey and apple to this juice so that it’s taste become tolerable).
