Energy smoothies
Well here we have some more great tasting smoothies to give you enough energy for the whole day ok first we need 6-8 ounces of non fat milk or what i use is almond milk then we add1/4 cup of cottage cheese try to get 1percent fat here,then add 1/2 cup of blueberries frozen is better, then add 1/4 cup of blackberries again frozen is better,then add1/4 cup of grapes of your choice i like red grapes here,then add 1 banana cut up then add 1tablespoon of raw honey and i use LRrice raw honey then just blend all together and add more milk if needed to get the mix right.This one has about 240 calories and 20 grams of protein plus you get a nice boost of potassium like over 700 mg very good boost of energy with this smoothie give it a try you will like this.
