It is very common for some to say that they can't stand the taste of water and they prefer juice or soda. Juice and soda can never keep your body hydrated as much as water can! Water is needed to help keep your body hydrated as well as flush out unwanted toxins and waste from the body instead of storing it and allowing it to transfer into fat cells.
