Stress although people do not take it as something really is the cause of many diseases, either by some problem, threatening situation, or the daily hustle and bustle, we have all felt that feeling, but it is in every one of us to let ourselves be dominated by stress and be a slave to it, or on the contrary to find a way to free ourselves and remove from our mind and body that evil that nowadays traps many people. Whether due to population growth, the situations that many countries face, such as war problems, lack of food, transportation or the pressure we are subjected to in our work, stress is currently the cause of many diseases even many deaths, and people sometimes do not believe it, think that this is not such a significant evil but in reality it is as harmful as others.


My advice is when they are in a situation of the above mentioned, when they are in that moment of despair, look for ways to release tension, which is why I am very interested in the Steemit Weekly Health Challenge # 3, the friend @healthsquared and supported for the great @sweetsssj. In which precisely asks us to tell you what we do to de-stress. There are really many ways to clear your mind, whether it's practicing a sport, reading a good book or going out for a walk with family and friends, in my case the way to forget my problems and be at peace with the universe is contemplating nature, moving away from the agitation of the big cities and breathing fresh air, at the same time seeing the wonders that the creator gave us, seeing the waterfalls, the trees, flowers, the animals playing, listening to the singing of the birds that give us their beautiful symphonies, see the beautiful colors of butterflies, in short to be in contact with all that is a fairly simple way to be at peace with yourself, in that moment of meditation you can recharge the batteries and heal the mind and body, it may sound trite but a healthy mind helps and very much that the body is in the same conditions and more, in the following images I leave a sample of what I speak.

What do they say? Would not these landscapes relax them a little? I bet yes, and the wonderful thing about this is that in every country in the world there are spectacular landscapes, and if we are in a city that is isolated from a field or forest because in the nearest park we can find a bit of that, always In the parks we receive the visit of beautiful birds, in that moment we must observe them, see how beautiful they are and capture all that peace that they offer us. Well friends, this is my way of taking the stress out of my body, I hope you liked it and because you do not try a bit of this method I know it will really help you a lot.
