Good evening steemians, for me it is a pleasure to participate in the Steemit Weekly Health Challenge sponsored by @sweetsssj, and organized by @healthsquared in the previous challenge was focused on stress and what were our routines to combat this evil, this time the theme is related to healthy food, it is very difficult at times to eat healthy, due to the hustle and bustle of working life, and that is why there are so many cases of obesity, today I want to share with you a recipe in which with few ingredients You can eat truly tasty and very healthy. This is called "Baked fish with salad and yucca".

yucca can be said to be the bread of Latin America, although corn is also the Yuca is a tuber that is present in the diet of the aborigines of many South American countries such as Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia. It is really healthy and is a perfect companion for our fish.


Ingredients:
• 1 fresh fish
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 1 lemon
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 1 branch Chives and parsley
• Lettuce leaves
• Salt to taste.

First of all we should place the fish on aluminum foil and add a chopped onion is sliced, sprinkle the onion and parsley leaves, seasoning with salt, once done this is wrapped in aluminum foil and taken to the oven for 45 min at 150 ªc.

On the other hand we proceed to peel the Yuca, it is really simple to remove the shell, its color is white but at the time of cooking it tends to change a bit its color turning yellow. The way to cook it is to put them in water and boil it until its texture is landa and creamy at the same time.

Making the salad is very simple, but before you have to wash the ingredients, for that you look for a bowl and fill it with water, in it you squeeze a lemon and add the chopped tomatoes, onion and lettuce leaves . Once the ingredients are washed thoroughly, the water is poured out and seasoned with salt and a little lemon juice.

And ready, everything is ready to taste a dish that as they could realize is really easy to prepare, and has a very high nutritional value, the most important thing of this preparation is that it does not have additives that could affect our health, everything is Season with salt, I hope you like it and I invite you to make it at home so that you eat delicious and healthy.
