oh ok. well all omegas are good for everyone. Since they are classified as essential fatty acids that means exactly that. Essential for every bodily function. Brain health, cholestrol levels, skin, eyes, muscle, the list goes on.
We have a saying here, oil that machine. so yes take those omegas. lol
