Great information! Thank you for sharing it :) I got Gavin's gut microbiome kit back and he definitely needs more diversity in his gut. I'm trying to get him to eat more fermented foods. My kit hasn't come back yet --I can only guess it's so awful they want to submit me to further testing to try to figure out how I'm still alive ;)
