There are many grades of turpentine, and we do not recommend ingesting anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Of course the choice is yours for what you put in your body!
We are sharing our experience in using 100% gum spirits of turpentine.
100% gum spirits of turpentine is harvested from trees, then distilled. It is essential oil from the pine or spruce tree, and it has similar properties to tea tree oil.
It is not the same as "rectified turpentine", a byproduct of industry that is contaminated with many chemicals.

Actually the Turpentine you buy from the hardware store is toxic poison, that is not what is being used for a cleanse. You cleanse with 100% Pure Gum Spirit of Turpentine - straight from the fir trees after it is separated from the Rosin. You should do a little research on the history and you will see it is something that has been used as far back as medicine existed for a whole ton of diseases and ailments - at least until big pharma came and in patented a pill for everything to treat symptoms but not disease. If it was truly toxic poison, after 4 weeks of taking it don't you think someone would be dead by now?
