Treat thinking in great ways !!

Overthoughting can destroy a person and his achievements, turning his life into a nightmare because it will make him overloaded with negative thoughts.
According to Dumb Little Man, the best way to stop this bad habit is to:

1- Do not try to read the minds of others:
We often tend to guess what others are thinking, and then make scenarios in our minds about how they do not love us, or do not appreciate our skills.
In fact, everyone cares only about himself, which means that people around you are not interested in your beliefs or what you feel. They are wander in the world of their own ideas, believing that they are the center of the universe, just as you think.
Avoid reading body language and translating words that others say when interacting with others so that they do not conflict with your expectations and cause you frustration.

2- Free yourself from judgment on others and blame yourself
The bitter truth is that the individual can be his own enemy, when his brain is injected with negative thoughts and beliefs.
The individual continues to feel sad and blame himself for imperfection, then loss of analysis, and self-judgment in exaggeration.
Training the mind helps you to think positive and that there is no ideal person to stop thinking excessively.
This is true. There are no flaws and mistakes, but we gain wisdom and skill through experience and error.

3- Stay active, maintain continuous movement:
Overthought can make you a trap by sticking to one idea or line, and sitting for long hours helps you focus more on that idea that makes it harder to look for a new perspective.
In contrast, standing and short walking increase the flow of endorphins to the brain, thus thinking of new and positive thoughts.

4 -Be patient:
Be patient and wait for things to happen calmly, rather than rushing and expecting things to happen quickly, because those expectations increase the feeling of disappointments and even depression.
Focus and energy are preferred to something better than their waste in making terrifying scenarios.

5- You shall be courageous and ask:
Get rid of anxiety and confusion by using interpersonal skills, such as asking questions about things that concern you. So as to find out the cause of that fear, anxiety and frustration.

6- Listening:
Learn how to listen to others without judging them.
Listening is not required to be followed by random advice or a change of beliefs and ideas, but to enrich knowledge and build personal wisdom and perspective.

7- Accept your self as you are:
In the end you are the only person who can accept your self and be loved the way you want.
Think for yourself today, and make ideas for what will be in the future.
Remember: Over-thinking often does not produce any positive results.
Every thing that is destined to happen, will happen.
Your life is yours and others are not paying attention to your actions today, being too busy themselves.
Live your life and let things go, this is the best way to get rid of excessive thinking
