HEALTHY FOOD / 4 RECIPES OF EASY PREPARED VEGETABLE MILKS <3 <3 (1st part)

Hello friends!
Today I bring you special recipes for special people like you!
We all know how good it is to eat healthy and how beneficial it is to have a well-nourished body. But although we do not believe it, many times, and even though we know it, it's hard for us to do it. Either because of the time factor or because sometimes our palate needs to get used to certain different flavors. It does not matter what your excuse is. These recipes are easy to make and deliciooooouus !!! I want to remind all mothers with children who have allergies, this is a way to give them milk without worries.

1.- OAT MILK

INGREDIENTS

1.- Oat flake (130 flakes) It should be left soaking for 12 hours in the fridge.

2.- 1 liter of water.

1 blender

1 bag of milk or cloth strainer.

Preparation

Take the oatmeal and let it soak for 12 hours in the refrigerator. The next day take out of the water (the water can be used to wash your face with it, so preferably NOT THE BOOTS hee hee hee !!)
Continuing with the recipe, you throw the oatmeal in the blender and liquefy it until achieving a homogeneous texture. Next we passed it through a bag of milk or cloth bag, to separate the drink from the oats.

And ready, you can either take it alone or sweeten it with your favorite sweetener. You can also add cocoa or leave it for coffee with milk.

AH! You can keep it in the fridge for three or four days.

ALMOND MILK

INGREDIENTS

250 gr. of raw almond (soak for 12 hours in the refrigerator)

1 liter of water.

As well

Blender and a bag of milk or cloth strainer.

Preparation

The water is thrown and the almonds are thrown in the blender. You add the liter of water and liquefies. Then you put the liquid in the milk bag and keep it in a glass container, up to 4 days in the refrigerator.

NOTE: The surplus of nuts can be used to make cookies, biscuits or breads. You can also mix them with yogurt and even make homemade cheese.

The other two missing milk, guess what! Yes, they have the same procedure as the other two milks. I'm talking about the milks of NUTS AND HAZELNUT

Thanks for sharing these healthy recipes. We have been buying almond milk from the stores for the last eight years. I’ve thought about making our own but just never looked into it. Now I just might do so! 😉

My kids enjoy oat but if mix with almond, they'll never speak to me again... ha ha

Try giving them with cocoa! It is very tasty!

Unfortunately both my kids have aezema skin problem so chocolate is on the list of cannot eat sadly.

This is so cool! I've heard of making almond milk before, but almonds are so expensive! Making oat milk is new to me! Oats are pretty cheap too. Ill have to give this a try!

Here in Venezuela we have the same problem with the cost of almonds, that's why I started looking for other alternatives. In another post I will give the recipe for other vegetable milks. Thanks for coming and commenting! <3
