I recently appeared on Declare Your Independence with Ernest Hancock, one of my favorite radio show hosts.

As you said: you are getting old, and sexual performance is naturally falling.
As a 30+ male myself I look at all such health tips with some interest. So keep it up.
I admire your bravery for making a video about something so personal. Being exposed in public is always a difficult mental adjustment.
