Here we present the final designs of the official Tesla Steem Team cycling dress.

Being the co-writer of this health strategy together with dr. Subotic, there was no question regarding if it will be used for all our Tesla Steem Team cyclist. As the Tesla Steem Team comes together, each of the cyclists will participate in the health strategy which will measure and monitor their performance and well-being.
Under the supervision of Prof Dr Boris Subotic, and myself, the Tesla Steem Team will follow specific programs to improve abilities.
All the data together with the team statistics will be published publicly via the Steemit social network.

SPORTS ASSISTANCE STRATEGY INTRODUCTION:
When a sport stops to be fun and enjoyment, and priority is a result, entirely different rules should be applied to all participants in the game and outside the game. In such a case, the athletes are asked to be professionals, and only expectation is the top sports results. Understanding of the components that explain the success of the athletes is still not clearly researched enough, especially in football. We welcome any new contribution in this field, and Dr Subotic - Dr Budwig strategy is well accepted as a top athletes help.

When we expect to achieve the good results, athletes are required to have a basic level of motor skills to harmonise the use of their physiological and psychological capabilities.

For athletes long and fruitful career in football and any other sport, injury prevention is of great significance, and if injuries occur, it is crucial that a recovery is quick and successful.
Sportsman top results depend on the genetic predispositions, trained sporting abilities, a psychological stability, ​and fitness. It is evident from all this that only one or two factors are not sufficient, but requires a superb combination of all factors for the highest level success. Of course, we thought about the healthy athletes.

When we talk about any sport, it is very well known that it is a highly demanding activity in which there is a need for quick movements, sudden stops, ​and rapid starts as well. In continuity with such movements, and the tiredness of the players ​can arise circumstances in which injuries occur very often.
Hence, exercises to improve speed, explosiveness and strength endurance in the sprint are the most effective means of improving the quality.

We again think of the healthy and well-balanced athlete. All the world coaches also have a tendency to improve the level of athletes technical skills through a well programmed technical and fitness training.

Here we may ask the following questions:

-What to do if a rider superior technique and tactics do not meet expectations for an extended period?

-What to do if his crisis lasts considerably longer than expected?

-What a coach can do and where to go for help if a person is prone to injuries and it happens more than it would be "normal", as opposed to psychological support and medical services that the athlete​ already enjoys?

-What can be done if anaerobic mechanism fails, which is the primary energy mechanism especially in endurance sports, both at training and during the events?

More than often happens that some athletes cannot do their best, especially in urgent cases, and there is always the necessity. As for each machine for which there are high requests and expectations, there should be prepared a quality service and a top quality fuel, and for every individual athlete, there should be ready not only the good food but an entirely adequate nutrition and care as well.

If necessary, it is also important to harmonise the circadian rhythm, and thus obtain alignment of the physiological functions of the organism during the night and the day, and in this way to be able to focus players accurately energy and alertness on the certain times of a day. Such harmonisation proved to be crucial in a planning of sports events that are held at early or late periods of the day.

To achieve this we have to do the below-mentioned examinations, and the given results can specify us​ the irregularities in the more details.

PURPOSE:
Primary intentions are to enable the ability to perform always without oscillations and to increase the competitiveness not only for athletes but their teams and clubs too.

To make from potential athletes, the high-class​ sportsman, while eliminating their disadvantages that are often preventing them from becoming top class athletes.

To create a larger base of quality team members and in that way to enable the club to improve and exert the more cost-effective operations.

STRATEGY: Technical implementation

ATLAS OPTIMISATION:
Even during pregnancy and during the birth changes are happening in dislocation of the first cervical vertebra, called Atlas. Its purpose is the prevention of injuries, as well as the improvements in the psycho-physical conditions of athletes. It is a complex job that can be carried out with skills and the knowledge of the technical implementation without the training disturbances for the athlete.

Only the professional work with the help of science and with the professional and benevolent cooperation of all relevant factors in the club can yield the excellent results that are always in demand, and it will require more and more investments in all the segments of the competitive game.
