Being immersed in water past your chest with your head out, can have a good influence on your lung capacity and oxygen intake.when the ater is warmer it makes your heart beat fast and the oxygen intake can be improved.It can reduce the infection in people who suffer with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).Study shows that swiming can improve the lung's growth.You requir to take deeper and longer breath.It can helps to improve the capacity and strength of your lungs.

Your brain and nervous system can benefit from bathing


It make our mood good.It reduce the anxiety and levels of stress in our body.It calm the nervous system and reduce the pain and inflammation.It can give some relief and better quality of life to the patient.

Bathing can benefit your muscles, joints and bones


Stretching and moving in water is very effective in providing an adequate workout through resistance.It show that it has very low impact on the muscles,bones and joints.

Take care of your blood and immunity with a bath


It is common that taking a warm bath or spa can kill the baterial and improve the imunity.It can reduce the survival in some cancer.it can make the flew easiar.also makes it more oxygenated.Research has shown that submerians in the cold water can decrease the risk of necrosis and it can also improve cell damage.

serotonin is associated with happiness and well being.It is a chemical which is produced by brain.Warm water bathing can increase the level of these hormones.

The human body is mostly made by water there we encouraged to drink plenty of water.Hot water opens our pores and causes us to sweat,which is the body's natural cleaning process.Similarly,cold water open the pores,reduce sweaten and also it can tight our skin.

We all know that water is one the best source to deal with hot and cold.we can use use warm water to bath in winter season.
