Dear Diary: My Appetite Is Affected By My Irregular Sleep Patterns
I just sleep whenever I feel the urge to sleep so that is why in some nights I would not sleep but I would sleep at daylight. Usually I would sleep intermittently so it would just affect my appetite because we normally do not want to eat immediately after we had awakened.
Now I am just trying to eat twice a day so that I could build up my appetite to eat but it is affected when I sleep in the day and I end up just being forced to eat just because I needed to put nourishment in my body.

But the greatest factor about my appetite loss is the side-effect of my parathyroid and it is just seconded by my irregular sleep pattern. Luckily I am not bored yet to the taste of my breakfast and I often would eat it after an all night's affair on web browsing and movie watching.
But sometimes I would skip my breakfast because I had slept the whole night through. Now it is just better for me to wait until I felt hunger so that I could eat well with my meals otherwise I might skip my meals and just either eat lightly or drink my usual drinks of pineapple juice or rootbeer.

I am still hopeful that my eating disorder would get resolved soon so I am just extending my patience through every aspect of my life including to cyptocurrency with I know will have a deep impact about my plans to myself and to my parents as swell.

This is bad to hear. I hope you quickly build up your appetire back. Having irregular sleeping pattern though is not good
