Water and its benefits

Water is life, water is a basic necessity in life... Water cannot be done away with... Water does not have side effects, that's if one drinks a tasteless, colourless and odourless quantity. 


1. Drinking Water Maintains the Balance of Body Fluids

Our bodies are composed of  roughly 60% water. These bodily fluids helps in digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva , transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature .


2. Kidney function

Our kidneys process 200 quarts of blood daily,

Getting rid of waste and transporting urine to the

bladder. Thus, kidneys need enough fluids to clear away what we don’t need in the body. Water can always give its helping hand if we drink it!


3. Refreshes the body system

Drinking water, gives us a refreshment that sometimes is unexplainable... It helps check dehydration and actually improves our state of mine... Don't let yourself thirst! 


5. It relieves constipation 

Constipation is a common problem, characterized by infrequent bowel movements and difficulty passing stool. Increasing water intake is often recommended as a part of the treatment protocol, and there is some. 


6. Fights Dehydration

Water gives us instant energy seconds after drinking it... Tiredness is one sign of dehydration and intake of water can check this... 


7. Water Can Help Control Calories .

 Drinking lots of water can aif weight loss. While water doesn't have any magical effect on weight loss, substituting it for higher calorie beverages will certainly help.


8. Keeps the skin 

Water prevents dehydration which leads to roughly and unhealthy looking skin... Want a good skin, drink water. 


9. Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function 

Drinking Adequate waters helps in aiding the functionality of our gastrointestinal tract and prevents constipation . When one don't get enough water, the colon pulls water from stools to maintain hydration -- and this results in constipation. 


10. Water Energize Muscles

Cells that don't maintain their balance of fluids and electrolytes collapse, and when this happens, it can result in muscle fatigue . "When muscle cells don't have adequate fluids, they won't work as well and performance can suffer,
