Back at it again, with another challenge Completed.
Today I did some weight training, not too heavy, just enough to challenge myself.
Focus was on chest and abs:
Bench press: 38 reps
Bosu single leg squats:18 reps
Incline DB press: 42 reps
Scissor kicks: 3 reps
Dips: 18 reps
Shoutout to all to all of my fellow 100 rep challengers helping to promote physical activity on steemit. Keep fighting the good fight. We're doing amazing things out here.
