Hey Steemers! I wanna share what i learned about berries and what why we should eat them. If you wanna live a healthy life style you must read this.


These are the berries that can help our daily life
Acai Berry
This will help kills leukemia cells, and worlds number 1 super food. Great source of fiber, heart healthy fats and antioxidants.

Mangosteen
This fruit is a energy booster, anti-tumor and cancer prevention shown to be capable of killing cancer cells.
This is also anti-aging, cardioprotective, helps you to lower blood pressure, blood sugar, aids and weight loss.

Goji Berry
Decreases the risk of age related macular degeneration, Goji berry helps you to protect the lier, help eye sight, boosts immune function, improves circulation.

Cranberry
Helps to prevent Urinatry Track Infection (UTI)
helps repair damage cells.

Noni Fruit
Noni helps you for anti diabetes, rich with anti tumor-activity.

Blue berry
This fruit is having one of the highest antioxidant capabilities among all fruits. Lower the risk of breast cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, and cancer of the small intestine.

Pomegramate

Eat berries because they're food. Not instead of chemotherapy.

My last partner ate lots of berries, lots of fresh juice, tons of 'super foods', and almost no sugar. He also got lots of exercise. Never smoked a day in his life. Cancer killed him anyway.

I wish people would stop propagating this complete bullshit that you can prevent illness with specific food. It's an insult to anyone who has ever lost a loved one to disease.
