Dip vain syndrome:
Those who have been sitting for long periods of time, especially computer users, have a disease, which is named Economy Class Syndrome. In medicine, it is called a dip vain syndrome. Something to do to prevent this disease-
♦ Take 15 minutes to remove the eyes from the monitor while using the computer.
♦ Shake hands and feet as much as possible while working. Occasionally walk back and start work again.
♦ Look around and turn around.
♦ Drink plenty of water in the work.
♦ Have at least five minutes of eye and hands-feet exercises in the hour.
♦ If you have problems with eyes, use eyes drops at the doctor's advice.
